PSE 2021+ Registration Fee

Due to the continued uncertainty related to COVID-19, PSE 2021+ is organised as a hybrid event. Participants can choose to attend either in-person or virtually.
The symposium registration fees are listed below. A single registration rate is applied for both in-person and virtual registrations.

Note: If you choose to attend in-person for part of the symposium (e.g. one day) or have to change your plans last minute, you will be given access to the symposium virtually.

Each registration is entitled to submit one full paper (1 Paper = 1 Registration of Professional or Student). All papers must have at least one registered author by 31 January 2022 (23:59 JST). Online registration site has been opened on 3 Jan. 2022.

The registration fee includes admission to the symposium, online access to the conference program book and proceedings, refreshments in the symposium venue, and the welcome reception. Lunch and symposium banquet are not included in the registration fees. The conference proceedings will be published by Elsevier in the series Computer Aided Chemical Engineering.

Note: An accompanying person only has access to the welcome reception.
Note: The registration of the sponsors will be done separately, i.e., there is no need for sponsors to use the online registration system.

Ticketed Events

Lunch and symposium banquet are not included in the registration fees above. To register for lunch and symposium banquet, simply add these tickets during your online registration. Online registration site has been opened on 3 Jan. 2022.

Cancellation Policy

If the registrant cannot attend the symposium in-person or virtually, their place can be transferred to another person. The following refund arrangements apply.

Registration fees:

If you are a registered author of a full paper included in the proceedings of PSE 2021+,

  • The registration fee is not refundable.

If you are NOT a registered author of a full paper included in the proceedings of PSE 2021+,

  • Registration cancelled before 31 January 2022 (23:59 JST), is eligible for 80% refund of the registration fees paid.
  • Registration cancelled from 1 February 2022 (0:00 JST) to 18 May 2022 (23:59 JST), is eligible for 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
  • Registration cancelled after 19 May 2022 (0:00 JST), is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Registration fee may be transferred to another individual at no charge.

Ticketed events:

Due to uncertainty related to COVID-19, you can cancel ticketed events before 18 May 2022 (23:59 JST) and receive a full refund. Ticketed events cancelled after 19 May 2022 (0:00 JST) are no longer eligible for a refund.
