Abstract Submission

Abstract should be written in English. The length of the abstract should be one or two A4 page(s). The format and size of the submitted file should be PDF and less than 5MB. Follow the instructions given in the template file.

  • You can UPDATE the submission until the deadline of the abstract submission.
  • If you submitted your abstracts last year, all the submissions are still valid unless you have withdrawn them.
  • New submissions are also very welcome.

Fullpaper Submission

Manuscript should be written in English. The length of the manuscript should be SIX A4 pages, not more and not less. The format and size of the submitted file should be PDF and less than 100MB. Follow the instructions given in the template file.

Fullpaper template:

For the review process, both the MS Word format and the LaTeX format are available to prepare your manuscript. (Upload your paper in PDF format.)
However, the current version of LaTeX template has some differences in layout compared to the MS Word template. The final class file will be uploaded before acceptance notification of fullpapers.

Yes. Please submit the fullpaper in new title or topic by the deadline. And also update your information on EasyChair. Resubmission of one-page abstract is not necessary.

Q. Can I change the author(s) and/or affiliations?

Yes. Please submit the fullpaper in new authors and their affiliations by the deadline. And also update your information on EasyChair. Resubmission of one-page abstract is not necessary.

Q. The layout of LaTeX template has some differences compared to the MS Word template.

Thank you for your information. The current version is temporary version only for review. The final class file will be uploaded before acceptance notification of fullpapers.

Q. LaTeX template:it does not fully function due to some errors.

If you have some errors during compiling the downloaded template document (pse2021_template.tex) without editing, check your LaTeX environment. If you can compile downloaded template but cannot compile your .tex file, please check the packages such as geometry, fancyhdr, natbib, times, amsmath are properly installed. We will not provide further support about LaTeX.

Q. Is the proceeding of the conference indexed (in a journal, ISI scopus, etc)?

Proceedings published as part of the Computer-Aided Chemical Engineering series of Elsevier, and one or two special issues for Computers & Chemical Engineering are planned.
